Meet Monica: Your Expert in Weight Loss and Body Contouring
Monica is a proud native of San Antonio, Texas, where she has rooted her passion for health and wellness. After graduating from Medical Assistant School in 1999, she dedicated over two decades to the ENT Clinics of San Antonio, honing her skills in patient care. Monica’s journey in the medical field took a pivotal turn when she joined Dr. Gifford's team as a Red-Light Therapy Specialist.
With extensive experience in innovative non-invasive treatments, Monica specializes in helping both women and men achieve their weight loss and body contouring goals. Her approach combines advanced technology with a compassionate understanding of her clients’ challenges. The transformation she witnesses in her clients—seeing them regain their health and confidence—provides her with immense satisfaction and joy.
Beyond her professional life, Monica is deeply committed to humanitarian efforts. She has been an active participant in mission trips to Casa Hogar Elim Orphanage Center in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, and served as the Hospitality Director and Events Coordinator at City Church International.
In her leisure time, Monica cherishes making memories with her husband and three boys. Whether it’s listening to praise and worship music, shopping, swimming, watching her youngest son play football, or spending time with her three beloved grandchildren, she finds joy in every moment.
