THE DROPS:

The ChiroThin Nutritional Support Formula:

Is taken sublingually, meaning under the tongue. This method is very effective at getting nutrients into the bloodstream quickly due to the high blood supply and permeability of the sublingual area.



It is crucial to follow the ChiroThin program as directed and under doctor supervision.

Start taking the ChiroThin nutritional support formula:

  • Day 1 and continue through Day 38
  • Stop taking the formula on Day 39

It's vital not to skip or miss taking the drops to avoid getting very hungry and experiencing fluctuations in your blood sugar levels.

You will place the drops under your tongue and hold them without swallowing for 1-2 minutes. After holding, swish the drops around your mouth and swallow. Avoid eating or drinking 10 minutes before and after taking the drops.


The drops are recommended to be taken 3 times per day, approximately every 7 hours, which works for most people, including those who work night shifts or swing shifts. For example, you might take the drops at 8 am, 3 pm, and 10 pm.

The Diet


The ChiroThin program is divided into three phases:


  • Loading
  • Losing
  • Maintaining


Loading Phase - Day 1 and 2


The first two days of the ChiroThin Weight Loss Program are the loading phase, where you are encouraged to eat high-fat foods such as pizza, ice cream, and fried food. You should eat throughout these two days, consuming a minimum of 5000 calories.








Losing Phase - Day 3 to 42


During the losing phase, the program uses a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) combined with the ChiroThin support formula.


The VLCD is restricted to 500 calories per day. Lunch and dinner consist of 3.5-4 oz of lean protein, 3.5-4 oz of vegetables, and 2.5-4 oz of fruit.  Maybe a small portion of Melba toast or grissini breadsticks.


Because you are on a VLCD, supervision by a healthcare practitioner is mandatory. Consuming more than 500 calories per day will decrease the average weight loss attained by most individuals.

Maintenance Phase:


The Maintenance phase is crucial for long-term weight management. Continue to monitor your weight daily, and adjust your caloric intake to match your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). On days you exercise, increase your calorie intake to compensate for the burned calories.


What to Expect:


  • During the first two days, it's normal to experience slight weight gain.
  • From days 3-5, it's common to lose 1.5-3 pounds per day.
  • Weight loss tends to decrease after the fifth day.
  • Weight fluctuations are normal, especially due to water retention and elimination, which can vary more in women.


How Do You Know When You Are At A Healthy Weight?


Setting realistic goals is essential for successful weight loss. A healthy weight not only improves quality of life but also reduces the risk of many health issues. Your healthy weight is determined by your BMI, which should fall between 18.5 and 24.99.


To Calculate your BMI using the formula: Weight in pounds x 703 / (Height in inches x Height in inches).
